Rieva Lesonsky, Founder & President: Rieva Lesonsky has over 25 years of experience serving the SMB market. In addition, Lesonsky has appeared as a small-business expert on “Oprah,” “Good Morning America,” “Martha Stewart,” “Fox Business News,” and the “Today Show,” as well as numerous radio shows, and is a regular guest on MSNBC’s “Your Business.” Before co-founding GrowBiz Media in 2008, she was Editorial Director of Entrepreneur Magazine and various other Entrepreneur editorial products for more than 25 years. Steve Tibbs, CEO: Steve Tibbs has more than 25 years of experience leading organizational change and development for Fortune 500-level companies. As a Partner or senior executive at consulting firms including Accenture, Heidrick & Struggles Leadership Consulting Practice and Lee Hecht Harrison, Tibbs helped implement organizational change, coached senior executives, led strategy development and deployment, and led a global consulting practice focused on technology and portal solutions. He has personally led organization redesigns for nearly 50 companies, ranging from departmental redesigns to designing new business entities. Tibbs also co-founded and was CEO of organizational consultancy Blue Vase Enterprises. He holds a master's degree in human resource management, has taught business management courses and has lectured on organization development.

The franchise editor for AllBusiness.com, she developed the AllBusiness.com AllStar Franchises ranking. Formerly Executive Editor at Entrepreneur Magazine, where she worked for 23 years, she oversaw the Franchise 500® ranking for Entrepreneur. Anton has written four books on franchising and has spearheaded major research projects including various studies of entrepreneurial outlook and performance.
Maria Valdez Haubrich, Chief Liaison Officer: Maria Valdez Haubrich is former Executive Editor of Entrepreneur Magazine, where she worked for over 20 years. At Entrepreneur, she served as key liaison between the editorial department and B-to-B marketers, developing custom publications, online content and other editorial products to help B-to-B marketers reach the SMB audience. She also coordinated production for the magazine and for various custom publishing products.
